Face Shield Maxilo

This face shield was designed from an exclusive requirement from maxillofacial doctors. Thanks to their experience with the use of Personal Protective Equipment, we have been able to work based on their needs, to cover them with the best designs.

The headband is very light, perfect for long day works and is very separated from the face avoiding the stifling sensation. In addition, the visor has a window permitting the use of surgical loupe.

Arm Door Opener

We are not only actively working on the design and validation of PPE, but we also want to offer all the contagion prevention tools we have. There is an inherent risk of opening and closing doors, so SARS-CoV-2 is capable of maintaining its infection for even days on materials such as steel.

The Arm Door Opener can be printed in less than 4 hours with any desktop 3D printer. It can be assembled with only 3 cable ties and without any technical expertise. This design has been made in two versions, the left one and to the right one.

Ear Hook

This design has all the required technical features: flexibility, good surface finish and a very well-detailed definition. This new ear protector is manufactured by SLS technology using PA12 plastic material, which saves significant material and energy resources, making their production more sustainable.

It is designed to prevent ear pain after many hours of wearing the surgical mask. The hooks are long enough to fit the mask perfectly to the face. You can also print it in many FFF materials such as PLA, PETG. This equipment is already available in two sizes.

Head Strap

Repeated use of PPE, especially for masks that are designed with loops that wrap around the ears, is causing its wearers increasing levels of deterioration of the skin on the ears, as well as severe annoyance.

This design relieves ear pain caused by face masks and the ergonomic design fits snugly on the head and won't fall off. You can make this accessory for masks to gain comfort when using masks easily using 3D printing.

This headband is now available in two sizes to fit properly.

Face Shield

This is our latest version of the face shield, adapted to the most common materials in 3d printing, such as PLA or PETG. It is very comfortable and can be used for many hours. The use of elastic straps allows it to be perfectly adapted to the head. We recommend the use of PA for the elastics.

We also recommend the use of a shield thicker than 0.5 mm so that it is more durable and does not mark quickly.

Face Shield PP

This one-piece design is the most comfortable you can find. The distance between the face and the shield greatly improves breathability and does not fog up. This version was tested by health workers with very good results. This version is designed to be designed in PP due to its great flexibility.

We recommend the use of a shield thicker than 0.5 mm so that it is more durable and does not mark quickly. Will be available in 3 sizes.

Structure Mask

This file corresponds to the structural part for mounting a mask. It has been generated with a slim and adaptable design to be able to quickly adapt to different facial anatomies. It also has a great effect to protect the face, mainly because there are no gaps where air or other particles can infiltrate.

We recommend printing it on the PP and following our assembly steps as well as our contour pattern. Both documents will be attached soon below.

This equipment will be available in 3 sizes soon.

Face Shield Nottingham

This mask is made up of three components: A 3D printed headband, that's cleanable and reusable, made in PA12, a laser-cut strap made from polypropylene and a laser-cut antifog visor made from PET.

A key design aspect is in the width of the laser-cut visor that we have used, which is in contrast to many of the 3DP face shields being produced that utilise hole-punched, A4-sized acetate-type sheets as the clear-visor element. Was tested at BSI (PPE for Healthcare Professionals 2020/403 – Eye protection Technical Specification).

Face Shield UB

This face shield was designed to be the most simple in the market and low value. The fabrication technology of this model is laser cutting.

This version was tested by health workers with very good results. The space at the top ensures the correct airflow, avoiding fogging, always taking into account the degree of protection. We recommend the use of a PETG shield 0.5 mm or 0.75 mm thick so that it is more durable and does not mark quickly.

Clear Mask

Traditional masks block faces and prevent our ability to see facial expressions and emotions, catch visual cues, and communicate.
In Hospitals, miscommunication is a leading cause of medical errors and can be prevented, the same happens in educational centers.

This model ofers maximum clarity and comfort: making connections more human and providing clearer communication for all.

The version was designed to be easily sewn with only 2 components. The transparent component could be cut by hand or by laser cut. Textile components ensure the breathability of this mask.
